Happy Wednesday Collectors!!
New York Toy Fair was held two weeks ago in The Big Apple and it did not disappoint. Over the next few weeks we will be discussing some of the big announcements out of NYTF2020! This week let us start with Funko. Funko announced over 150 new items at NYTF2020 and this blog would be a novel if we discussed all of them. So let's just hit some highlights.
In our opinion, the biggest announcement for Funko was the Pop! Albums line of the popular Funko Pop! brand. Although they only announced one Pop! Album at NYTF, the promise for more is there. The one Pop! Album that was announced was the Notorious B.I.G. Ready To Die album.
The Pop comes in a hard case and the album size is about 3/4 of a normal album. The case is also designed to be either displayed on a counter or directly hung on a wall!!
Other Funko Pops! that were announced include The Office, The Boys, Will & Grace, more from The Avengers, Pokemon, Fortnite, and My Hero Academia and more!!
With the Olympics coming up, one of the great waves that were announced were the US Womens National Team Pops!

Movie News -
In a shocking announcement today, MGM and Universal have announced that the new James Bond film, No Time To Die, which was to be released next week, will be pushed back to November of 2020. A bummer for all the 007 fans out there, but a very responsible move by the studio.
