Shipping Policy
- We Ship From Texas 5 Days Per Week. Our warehouse DOES NOT ship or operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your patience is appreciated. Once we ship your package, you will be notified via email. Check your spam folder.
- Expect Most In-Stock Items to be Shipped Within 1-2 Business Days. This time frame does not apply if your order contains pre-orders.
- Email Notifications Will Be sent For Any Shipped/Orders. This is an auto-activated system which is initiated once we apply a shipping label. If you did not get a notification regarding shipment, we either have not ship your order yet or the email was sent to your spam folder. Check your spam folder.
- Shipping Options Default to the Cheapest Possible Option Automatically.
- Package Tracking Numbers Will Be Included in The Shipping Confirmation Email.
- Pre-Orders Do Not Ship Quickly. Every pre-order item has a different shipment dates. Pay attention to the projected dates given to us by our suppliers. Certain items can take months or much longer to ship. The dates are not determined by us. You will get your order when we get your order. If you want to stay informed on all projected dates given to us, for any items we are expecting to ship soon and all of the latest news that could affect you, subscribe to our email list and add us to your contact list. We will be sending weekly updates.
- We Offer a Free Local Delivery Option. This method is available for those who live in the Austin, TX area.
- Refunds Are Not Given for Any Shipment in Transit. If your order is delivered later than expected, for any reason, refunds are not given.
Cancellation Policy
All in stock sales orders are final and non-refundable for any reason. All pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours but will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee. After 48 hours pre-orders sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. If items are returned due to undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% on all items.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-Order items are charged at the time of purchase, not when we ship them out. All Pre-orders are a binding agreement to you purchasing such items and are non-refundable and non-transferable. On occasion, we may not be able to secure enough of an item to fulfill all pre-orders, in these rare situations orders will be filled in the order they were received to us. Lastly please order on separate orders if you are ordering either In-Stock items or Pre-Orders with different release dates. If ordered on the same order, all items will be shipped when the last item becomes available.
Expected Ship Dates
Pre-orders dates are subject to date change without notice. The dates supplied are estimates given by the manufacturer and our distributors. Changes in shipment dates from the manufacturer do not warrant a refund or compensation. These dates are an estimation and things change from time to time. If there is a change in dates, we do our best to update our customers!
